The safety and well-being of our project team is at the forefront of all our activities.  Our desire to ensure everyone goes home safely is what drives us to continually focus on how we approach the work.

 

Our policies are not compliance-based, out-of-the-box, three-ring binders full of OSHA mandates.  They are procedures and processes we have developed over many years by adopting industry best practices and implementing our own risk mitigation strategies based on experience, root cause accident investigation follow-up and creating a culture focused on hazard recognition and abatement.

 

We are proud of our safety record and of our employees who take it very seriously in everything they do.  Regard for the general public, our own employees and our subcontractors’ employees is a core value of our organization and it shows – not just in the numbers, but also in the way we run our projects
